What buyers ask before their first order.
How fast will I get my server?
In-stock machines are handed over within 2 hours of a paid invoice. Built-to-order machines take 24–72 hours. Every plan shows its delivery time before checkout.
Is DDoS protection really included?
Yes. Every server sits behind always-on L3/L4 mitigation with 10–20 Gbps of capacity, depending on the location. Known vectors are mitigated within 10 seconds. Layer 7 (HTTP): Not included. Run your own WAF or rate limits for HTTP floods.
What happens if an attack is bigger than that?
The attacked IP is null-routed for 30 minutes so the rest of the network stays healthy, and we notify you by email and client-area notice. We do not sell "unlimited" protection.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit / debit card, PayPal, Crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH and more), and Bank transfer (USD). All prices and invoices are in USD.
Do I need to verify my identity?
No ID check by default. We may ask for verification if an order is flagged by fraud screening.
Can I send email from my server (port 25)?
Outbound port 25 is closed by default and opened on request after a short review.
Can I get a refund?
In-stock servers cancelled within 3 days get a full refund. Custom builds are not refundable.
Can I test the network before I buy?
Yes. Each location publishes a test IP and speed-test files, and the looking glass is at lg.aixscloud.com. Ping from where your users are.
