In-stock servers
#If you cancel an in-stock server within 3 days of delivery, we refund its first invoice in full, including any setup fee on it.
Ask for the refund in a ticket in the client area. The server is wiped when the refund is processed.
Built-to-order servers
#Built-to-order servers are assembled to your specification and are not refundable.
If we cannot deliver a built-to-order server you have paid for, you can cancel the order and we refund it in full.
Renewals and cancellation
#The refund window applies to the first invoice of a new server. Renewal invoices are not refunded; to stop paying, cancel in the client area before the renewal date.
SLA credits
#Credits under the Service Level Agreement are applied to your next invoice. They are not paid out in cash.
How refunds are paid
#Refunds go back to the original payment method where the processor allows it. Where it does not, for example for some cryptocurrency payments, we refund to an account or address you confirm in a ticket, or as account credit if you prefer.
When refunds do not apply
#Services terminated for a serious breach of the Acceptable Use Policy are not refunded.
