Scope
#This policy explains how AIXS_CLOUD, a product of AIXS Technology, handles personal data when you visit this website, use the client area at my.aixscloud.com or buy our services. The data controller will be named here once the contracting entity is confirmed.
What we collect
#- Account data: the name, email address, company, postal address and phone number you enter in the client area.
- Billing data: invoices, transactions and payment status. Payments (Credit / debit card, PayPal, Crypto (USDT, BTC, ETH and more), and Bank transfer (USD)) are processed by the respective providers; we receive a confirmation and limited details such as the last four card digits, never the full card number.
- Service data: the servers you order, their IP addresses and configuration, your tickets and our correspondence with you.
- Technical logs: IP addresses, browser user agents and timestamps in web server, client-area and security logs.
- Verification data, only if an order is flagged by fraud screening and we ask you for it.
What we do not collect
#- The contents of your server. You hold root access, and we do not inspect your data unless you ask us to work on the server or the law requires it.
- Advertising or cross-site tracking data. This website runs no advertising or tracking scripts.
How we use data
#- to deliver and support the services you order;
- to bill you and prevent fraud;
- to keep our network secure, handle abuse and enforce the AUP;
- to tell you about your services, maintenance and changes to our terms;
- to meet legal obligations such as keeping tax records.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
How long we keep it
#- Account and service data: while your account is open, then deleted or anonymised except for what we must keep.
- Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Technical logs: for a limited period for security and troubleshooting, then deleted.

Your rights
#Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Write to hello@aixscloud.com from the email address on your account. If we must keep some data to meet a legal obligation, we tell you which and why.
Security
#Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it for their work. The website and the client area are served only over HTTPS.
International processing
#Our servers and providers are in several countries, including the locations on the network page. Your data may be processed outside your country, with the safeguards applicable law requires.
